Christian Fathers have been encouraged to yearn for a deeper knowledge of God as the Father so that they can demonstrate fatherhood to their children in this perverse generation.

This was contained in a sermon preached by Mr. George Cole during the church’s Father’s Day Service.

Mr Cole stressed that knowing God as the father is essential for every believer, especially fathers, because “Fatherhood is an opportunity to show the world how great God the Father is.”  Fathers must therefore understand that it is a privilege to partner with God to transform lives in this perverse generation and must co-partner with God to demonstrate fatherhood to their children.
