welcome

New Here? Welcome. We are glad you found us. We hope you find whatever information you are looking for on our website. Are you new to Ottawa or visiting Ottawa and looking for a place to fellowship? We welcome you to Ottawa and invite you to worship with us for a refreshing moment in God’s presence.

Who are we? We are a cross-cultural Bible-believing church with a Pentecostal distinctiveness with members from different countries passionately following our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.

What to expect

Expect to join other believers with oneness worshipping through contemporary gospel music, singing praises with dancing, and sharing of sound biblical teachings from the word of God.

We believe in tithes and offerings, however, do not feel obligated to give as it is voluntary to give on your visit to the church.

When do we meet?

We meet on Friday evenings for our prayer service from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. On Sunday mornings for our Holy Spirit-filled worship services from 10:00 am to 12:30 am (PIWC) and 12:30 pm to 2:00 pm (Emmanuel Akan assembly).

We also meet on Wednesdays from 7:00 pm – 8:30 pm for our Bible Study Session dubbed “Come Let’s Reason Together”. The PIWC service is also streamed live on our Facebook and YouTube pages (The Church of Pentecost – Ottawa District).

The PIWC service is bilingual (French and English).

In the Emmanuel Assembly service, you are free to fellowship in any Akan language of your choice as well as in English.

Where do we meet?

We meet at 26 Thorncliff Place, Nepean, ON, K2H 6L2. Please read more about our Time & Location.

Due to the pandemic, our Wednesday and Friday services are held online via zoom. For the details, kindly reach out to us using our email address (copottawadistrict@gmail.com).

Where do your kids and teens go?

We have dedicated classrooms for toddlers, preschoolers, and preteens, facilitated by wonderful volunteers while you relax and enjoy our worship service.
